From Chaos to Clarity

Part 2 of a Series on the Unconscious Mind

 

Cycles of Struggles

Throughout my life, I’ve faced some incredibly tough challenges, and it felt like I was stuck in a never-ending cycle of struggle.

Childhood sexual abuse, bullying, and other hardships left deep scars that seemed impossible to heal, no matter how much time and effort I poured into therapy. I knew there was something missing, a connection within myself that I just couldn’t grasp.

I tried hypnosis, hoping it would provide some answers, but even then, it felt like my mind was running the show, not me. It was frustrating, to say the least.

Finding Solutions

So, I decided to take matters into my own hands and dove headfirst into studying psychology and mental health counseling. I believed that if I could understand how trauma affects the brain, maybe I could find a way to fix myself and help others too. It was a fascinating journey to learn about the brain’s response to chronic childhood trauma and how it impacts our memory and recall.

Armed with this newfound knowledge, I thought I could finally make a real difference in my life and the lives of others.

But despite my efforts, something was still missing. I knew there had to be a simpler way to truly heal and transform.

And that’s when it hit me. I knew from past experience the profound impact hypnosis had had on me when I was experiencing flashbacks. And so, I found myself drawn back to the unconscious mind — the 95% of our brain’s operation, and I became obsessed with exploring its secrets. I needed to know more about it. I needed to know more than what was taught in my bachelors and masters programs.

Unconscious Connection to Change

This changed everything for me. I finally began to understand myself on a level I never thought possible. The more I explored the unconscious mind, or subconscious as it is quite often referred to, the more I realized its potential to heal and transform not just me but also those around me who were struggling too.54

🔷 So, with this and my previous post Unlock the Hidden Mind,” I begin a series of posts sharing knowledge and insight I’ve gained over the years.

My goal is simple — to help you fast-track your own self-awareness and personal growth. I want you to be as fascinated as I am by the power of your unconscious mind and discover the incredible transformation it can bring to your life.

👉 In fact, it could take ten seconds before you become fully aware of what’s happening in your unconscious mind.

Count with me: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. That’s quite a long time for subtle messages to be missed.

I encourage you to continuing exploring the language of your unconscious mind through the See/Hear/Feel outlined in this workbook I’ve created (download).

Take a senses field trip: go barefoot, feel the grass on your feet, sense your coffee’s temperature, notice its taste and sound. Listen to your surroundings. Engage your senses and be present in the moment.

The more you spend with your senses the more quickly you will be able to recognize them and the more you’ll be able to apply what I’m about to share in upcoming posts!
